Everett has been my insurance agent for decades. I worked in Waltham when I started using them, and just never left. And the biggest reason is that I have an insurance agent, not some faceless company. When I call, someone I know and I’ve talked to many times will answer my call. If I need to change something for a change of car or home, I just call and they take care of me.

I’m in the process of adding a new vehicle, and I just called and talked to Curt Jr., who I have talked with many times over the years. After handling that, he took the time to answer a question about an unrelated title issue.

They provide the type of services that companies used to give. Friendly service from real people. That’s why I’ve used them for so long.

They are a family-owned agency and the staff is very personable, friendly and accommodating. If they can’t answer your inquiries right away, they will get back to you in a timely manner. They have been my insurance agent for 40+ years. I can’t say enough about this agency. I recommend them highly.
