Everett & Sons Insurance Agency recently celebrated a remarkable family milestone: the 95th birthday of Herbert “Herb” Everett, one of the agency’s founding owners.
Surrounded by several generations of family, Herb marked the occasion with a special birthday celebration filled with memories, laughter, and well-deserved recognition. For the Everett family, the milestone was an opportunity to celebrate not only Herb’s 95 years, but also the lasting impact he has made through his family, military service, business, and community involvement.
Special Recognition for a Remarkable Milestone
In honor of his 95th birthday, Herb received several meaningful recognitions from local, state, and national leaders.
U.S. Senator Susan Collins of Maine sent Herb a personal letter extending her warmest birthday wishes. In her message, she commended his selfless service in the United States Air Force and the compassion he has shown to his family, friends, and community throughout his life.
Waltham Mayor Jeannette A. McCarthy issued an official proclamation recognizing Herb’s 95th birthday and extending the best wishes of the people of Waltham.
Herb was also recognized by the Massachusetts House of Representatives for his continued dedication to the Waltham community through preservation, memory, and service. The recognition was signed by Speaker of the House Ronald Mariano and offered by State Representative John J. Lawn Jr.
These honors reflect the many lives Herb has touched and the meaningful connections he has built over the past 95 years.
